Maltese Citizenship by Naturalization for Exceptional Services by Direct Investment

Malta is a southern European country in the Mediterranean Sea. Malta gained independence from the United Kingdom in 1964 and became a republic in 1974. Malta was admitted to the United Nations in 1964 and to the European Union in 2004; In 2008, it became part of the eurozone. The capital of Malta is Valletta. Malta has two official languages: Maltese and English.

Requirements:

Real Estate – Either purchase a property not less than Euros 700,000 in Malta and to hold for  5 years, or through leasing of a property, for which the minimum annual rent Euros 16,000.      Please note that this property cannot be sublet to third parties in these 5 years;

Investment –  An investment of at least Euros 600,000 (or Euros 750,000 by exception) depending on the residence status length (36 months or 12 months, respectively) ;

Donation – A donation of at least Euros 10,000 to one of the registered charities.
